Returns Policy

We’re sure you will love our products at JDS. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with them, you can return most goods in their original condition within 45 days of purchasing them. You just need to contact us and have your order number or invoice at hand.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind under the 45-day cooling off period, you must cover the cost of returning your item(s) to us. There are 3 ways in which you can do this: by contacting us and 1) we will arrange a courier to collect your item(s) at your cost, 2) by taking your item(s) to a Post Office and having them posted to us at your cost OR 3) by contacting us and we will issue you with a label for you to return your item(s) with at your cost.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any products that have been made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements. We are also unable to offer refunds or returns on any goods that have been opened, if you are unsure about anything please contact customer service.

We will cover the costs of returning goods to us if they are faulty or misdescribed. If you have received damaged or faulty goods and do want to return them, please contact us for more information.
